MEET THE STAFF

Executive Director

Vivien F. Green

Relocating to North Carolina in 2016 from New England, prior to joining AlzNC, she was the Executive Director of GoodLife Programs & Activities.   This regional non-profit provides health and wellness, recreational activities, information and educational programs for active independent adults over 50 years of age.

Previously, Vivien held the position of Executive Director of the Nashua Senior Activity Center.  The Center provides educational, recreational, health & wellness programming and social support for older adults in Nashua N.H. and six surrounding towns.

Her career also includes a role as consultant for AARP-NH where she was responsible for managing community outreach and awareness efforts in the western region.

Prior roles include Director of Development & Marketing for the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, Director of Fund Development and Public Relations for the statewide Workforce Opportunity Council, and Director of Corporate and Community Relations for Franklin Pierce University.

She holds an MBA from Rivier College in Nashua and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Franklin Pierce College. Vivien also served as President of the NH Association of Senior Centers, and served for three years on the Board of the statewide New Hampshire Conference on Aging.

Lisa Levine

Prior to joining the staff of DANC, Lisa served as a corporate memory care specialist assisting independent, assisted and skilled care communities in seven states across the Southeast. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Florida, Lisa began working in skilled nursing facilities. It was there she learned her passion for assisting people with dementia and their families. 30 years have passed and she continues to work toward improving the quality of life for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments.

Dee Dee Harris

Since graduating from Concord University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree, Dee Dee has spent the last 28 years working with people with dementia, their families and professional caregivers. 19 of those years have been spent with DANC.

Kacy Hall

Kacy is a graduate of Barton College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology and Social Work. After caring for a family member who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, she became committed to educating, supporting and advocating for other families affected by the disease and other related dementias.

After living near Chicago, IL her whole life, Joan relocated to Raleigh and loves her new city. She’s a health-nut who’s active daily and eats well. She’s an avid reader and enjoys family and meaningful work..
